When Edith shared her birth story I literally cried. Every birth story is so unique , often it doesn't go the same as we plan it to be, but it goes on its own perfect way.

Edith and her husband Oliver were on their way to hospital on Uber, evening traffic, bumpy roads. Baby Ilse had her own plans and was born right there, in a black Acura Uber car. Coincidentally the driver was a pastor! I literally had goosebumps when I heard the story. I thought things like this happens only in movies...

"Friends, I will never forget the intensity of that long car journey, and the incredible relief when she decided she couldn't wait for the Medical Center! What a lovely ten minutes it was to hold her safely wrapped in my arms and enjoy the slow ride onwards to the waiting birth team. Oliver couldn't have been a more supportive partner in helping me breathe through the bumpy NJ freeway traffic, and catching our daughter to safety. Our girl gave a little cry on emerging but otherwise remained calm and peaceful. She's already an absolute delight! - alongside the early onset fatigue, I’m dazed with joy and gratitude.”
